Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Retail/Shopping Center Property Manager to oversee a dynamic portfolio of properties. This is a highly visible role focused on driving operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and overall performance of assigned commercial properties
• Manage vendor relationships, bid processes, and service contracts
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets, financial reporting, and variance analysis
• Monitor rent rolls, tenant sales reporting, and lease compliance
• Provide full lease administration, including rent escalations and expense reconciliations
• Partner with leasing and construction teams to onboard new tenants and support tenant improvements
• Handle Capital Improvements

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Retail / Shopping Center Commercial Property Management experience (retail preferred)
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction, and property operations
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and cash flow analysis
• Real Estate License preferred
