Job Description

Company Description Lex Favios is a full-service, multi-disciplinary law firm with offices in Delhi and Mumbai, providing a broad range of corporate advisory and legal services.

Role Description This is an on-site role for a Banking Lawyer based in South Delhi.

The lawyer will assist in conducting thorough due diligence on property titles to identify encumbrances, liens, or defects and Prepares clear, structured title search reports for banks and financial institutions to support lending decisions.Experince in drafting of loan documentation, Securitisation and experience in representing banks & financial institutions, drafting and reviewing banking and finance documentation, including loan agreements, security documents, and related transactional papers. Responsibilities include conducting legal research on banking regulations, RBI guidelines, and financial sector laws.

The role involves supporting senior lawyers in due diligence exercises, and contribute to knowledge management within the banking and finance practice.

Qualifications

Experince in drafting title search reports
Prior experince in working in a law firm or a bank handling banking matters and loan documentaation is required
Strong foundation in banking and finance law, including familiarity with RBI regulations, financial sector statutes, and secured transactions.
