Job Description

Purpose of the Job: Customer Success Manager plays a critical role by working directly with schools and teachers to ensure effective implementation and improved learning outcomes.

Must (Key Responsibilities)

  • Ensure high customer NPS across partner schools
  • Collaborate with Academic & Sales teams for school success
  • Retention of partner schools
  • Increase student admissions
  • Ensure timely dues collection
  • Manage BTL campaigns & brand promotions
  • Track & review client data, reports, and progress

Should (Requirements)

  • 5+ years in account management (preferably SaaS/FMCG/Industrial solutions)
  • Willing to travel across PAN India
  • Strong problem-solving & communication skills
  • Organized, efficient, and deadline-driven
  • Open to new ideas and ways of working
  • Tech-savvy with account management & sales exposure
