Job Description
Purpose of the Job: Customer Success Manager plays a critical role by working directly with schools and teachers to ensure effective implementation and improved learning outcomes.
Must (Key Responsibilities)
- Ensure high customer NPS across partner schools
- Collaborate with Academic & Sales teams for school success
- Retention of partner schools
- Increase student admissions
- Ensure timely dues collection
- Manage BTL campaigns & brand promotions
- Track & review client data, reports, and progress
Should (Requirements)
- 5+ years in account management (preferably SaaS/FMCG/Industrial solutions)
- Willing to travel across PAN India
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills
- Organized, efficient, and deadline-driven
- Open to new ideas and ways of working
- Tech-savvy with account management & sales exposure
