Jr Software Developer (Fully Onsite) (No Relocation Available)

A growing Software-as-a-Service organization is seeking a Jr. Software Developer to join its team.

Position Overview

Consultants partner with clients to evaluate business process challenges and design technical solutions using enterprise development tools. This role blends technical execution with client-facing communication and process analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business process inefficiencies and recommend automation or system improvements
• Design, configure, and implement solutions using modern enterprise development tools
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa
• Collaborate within a small, cross-functional team to meet strict project deadlines
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives within a growing organization

Required Qualifications

• Exposure to modern development languages such as JavaScript, C#/.NET, Python, or similar
• Familiarity with database design and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Clean background and professional presentation

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to enterprise platforms such as CRM systems, workflow automation tools, business intelligence solutions, or collaboration platforms
• Experience working within Microsoft-centric technical environments
• Background in both development and business process analysis

Education & Experience

• Degree in a computer-related field preferred, or minimum of two years of experience in a Microsoft-heavy technical environment

$65,000 - $85,000 a year
