Senior Learning Manager, US Cell Therapy

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Learning Manager US Cell Therapy to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a life sciences environment.

Location: Madison, NJ - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $148,750 – $180,250 annually

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with training colleagues and leadership to implement performance-focused training processes
• Strategically plan and develop comprehensive sales training curricula for various training sessions
• Coordinate across teams to ensure all training materials align with Sales and Marketing objectives
• Ensure compliance of training resources with regulatory and legal standards
• Deploy and deliver a curriculum covering selling skills and clinical knowledge
• Manage external vendors and internal personnel for the successful execution of training projects
• Evaluate training programs' effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick Model

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred
• 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience required
• Cell Therapy training or field experience preferred
• Demonstrated curriculum design expertise and understanding of adult learning principles
• Effective communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
