Job Description
o Develop project quality management plan and implement
o Lead the review and approval of Construction Method Statement.
o Vendor/ Material qualification
o Ensure technical readiness of sub-contractors.
o Qualification of key construction materials.
o Material testing/ reports
o equipment and building material On-site/ off-site inspection
o Manage 3rd Party QA to ensure all construction works compliance with P&G specifications and local Indian standards
o Coordinate with local Indian Quality Inspection Bureau on all quality inspection issues.
o Coordinate with local Indian Quality Inspection Bureau on all quality inspection issues.
o Fully understand P&G and design required Quality standard, and deploy to general contractor
o Participation in design reviews
o Fully understand Design basis/ Specification
o Provide inputs to engineering design package during each design review and constructability inputs
o Ensure on time Shop drawing submission from contractors
o Review and coordinate the approval of shop drawing
o Coordinate daily onsite quality activity
o Coordinate Quality incident investigation
o Non-conformance issues tracking and correction
o Weekly and monthly quality reports
o PSU/ Punch list completion
o Implements and maintains and manages Project document Control System
Job Requirement
o Material testing / building material testing on - site inspection o Coordinate Quality incident investigation o Non-conformance issues tracking and correction o PSU/ Punch list completion o QOS tracking o Review and approval of Construction Work Method Statement (WMS) o Material sample check and qualify o Qualification of Key material of construction o Building material off-site inspection o Coordinate with local Indian Quality Inspection Bureau on all quality inspection issues o Ensure on time Shop drawing submission from contractors o Weekly and monthly quality reports o Review and coordinate the approval of shop drawing o Develop project quality management plan and implement o Lead CCIP - Quality, Purchase & material control o Implements and maintains and manages Project document Control System o Ensure Technical capabilities of sub-contractors o CMO will have a Certified Weld Inspection process tightly coupled with the Site CWI system owner o CMO will qualify and certify welders as required for the application o CMO will obtain and manage data, logs, continuity tests, welding rod consumption... as required by site CWI & Environmental o Building material off-site inspection o CMO regularly obtains customer feedback for continuous improvement
