Job Description

o Design Review and Optimization:

o Review designs for HVAC, Compressed Air, Vacuum, Chillers, and Water Treatment systems with design consultants and Utility teams.

o Map designs onto the actual facility floor and implement necessary site layout changes, aligning these with Utility and site teams.

o Provide design improvement ideas for utilities to enable energy and water saving initiatives.

o Prepare Bills of Material (BOM) for HVAC, compressor, water treatment, and chiller systems.

o Ensure detailed design reviews are conducted with the design consultant, incorporating proper inputs.

o Assess Bills of Quantities (BOQ) supplied by designers and facilitate necessary corrections.

o Support detailed design reviews to ensure proposed solutions meet P&G technical standards.

o Project Execution and Quality Assurance:

o Ensure project execution (piping, ducting, cable tray, and cable laying) adheres to approved designs and P&G standards.

o Daily monitoring of project execution work as the Utilities Single Point of Contact (SPOC).

o Work with site resources to execute projects effectively.

o Get validation done at the time of Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).

o Capable of creating IQ/OQ/PQ protocols for Utility Systems.

o Coordinate between the Project Manager and Utilities Operations & Maintenance (O&M) for project work.
