To drive commercial excellence and customer-centric sales support across global end-to-end collaboration with key GA customers, by enabling effective bid management, ensuring seamless sales-to-implementation transitions, and strengthening vertical-specific customer relationships.
This role acts as a strategic partner to Key Account Managers and Business Development leaders, ensuring the delivery of high-quality commercial solutions, consistent customer experiences, and operational alignment across pricing, implementation, and business units.
How you create impact
Bid & Tender Management
- Support RFI and tender response processes in collaboration with Key Account Managers (KAMs).
- Analyze tender requirements, help articulate commercial strategy alongside GKAM, and coordinate with pricing teams to ensure compliance and plausibility.
- Prepare tailor made value propositions and lead internal/external post-mortem reviews,
Sales-to-Implementation Handover
- Ensure smooth commercial handover of awarded business to Business Units (BU), aligned with Implementation Methodology and RACI.
- Support implementation teams with commercial insights and documentation.
KAM & Sales Support
- Maintain customer key data and ensure commercial housekeeping is up to date.
- Act as an extension of the KAM in managing ongoing commercial relationships, including coordination of legal documentation (NDA, MSA..) and help identifying business opportunities to support the overall vertical growth.
- Prepare and attend customer strategic business reviews, coordinating contributors and presentation materials.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement in coordination with Business Units and the customer
- VOC - Act in conjunction with KAM team to ensure customer demands are met.
Vertical-Specific Commercial Support
- Vertical-specific customer engagement
- Support preparation and participation in vertical-specific business reviews and strategic meetings.
- Coordinate customer repositories, strengthen cross‑regional collaboration and internal engagement. Create and share best practices to drive consistency and performance.
- Drive internal vertical initiatives and share among peers and KAM community.

- Proficient in CRM, call logging, and tender management tools
- Strong communication, commercial acumen; logistics knowledge and travel across India & APAC required
