Job Title: Nursing Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Supervisor to oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing nursing staff, maintaining clinical quality, and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff across all shifts
• Ensure quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols
• Prepare duty rosters and manage staffing requirements
• Monitor documentation and maintain accurate nursing records
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards and hospital policies
• Handle patient and attendant concerns effectively
• Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth operations
• Conduct training and support staff development

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Sc Nursing / GNM (B.Sc preferred)
• Valid Nursing Council registration
• 5–8 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals preferred
