Job Description

As an IT Support & Cloud Operations Specialist at Kognoz, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day IT infrastructure, end-user support, and cloud platform operations. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and cloud environments.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide end-to-end IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Manage IT assets such as laptops, desktops, printers, and other devices
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding IT setups for employees
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure minimal downtime
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain documentation for IT processes, assets, and configurations
  • Assist in managing cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS and Azure
  • Monitor cloud resources, usage, and performance
  • Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud services
  • Coordinate with cloud vendors and service providers
  • Ensure basic cloud security and compliance practices are followed
  • Help optimize cloud costs and resource utilization
  • Liaise with IT and cloud vendors for support, procurement, and issue resolution
  • Track vendor performance and ensure SLA adherence
  • Manage contracts, renewals, and service agreements
  • *Required Skills & Qualifications:**
  • 13 years of experience in IT support and/or cloud operations
  • Basic hands-on experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals, operating systems, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with IT asset management and helpdesk tools
  • Good communication and vendor coordination skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
