As an IT Support & Cloud Operations Specialist at Kognoz, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day IT infrastructure, end-user support, and cloud platform operations. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and cloud environments.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide end-to-end IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage IT assets such as laptops, desktops, printers, and other devices
- Handle onboarding and offboarding IT setups for employees
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure minimal downtime
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Maintain documentation for IT processes, assets, and configurations
- Assist in managing cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS and Azure
- Monitor cloud resources, usage, and performance
- Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud services
- Coordinate with cloud vendors and service providers
- Ensure basic cloud security and compliance practices are followed
- Help optimize cloud costs and resource utilization
- Liaise with IT and cloud vendors for support, procurement, and issue resolution
- Track vendor performance and ensure SLA adherence
- Manage contracts, renewals, and service agreements
- *Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- 13 years of experience in IT support and/or cloud operations
- Basic hands-on experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, operating systems, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with IT asset management and helpdesk tools
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
