Job Title: HR Manager – Academic & Non-Academic Operations
Experience: 7–8 Years
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage HR functions across both Academic and Non-Academic verticals within the institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, policy implementation, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills and prior experience working in an educational institution environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Academic and Non-Academic positions
- Develop hiring strategies to attract quality talent
- Coordinate with department heads and management for manpower planning
- Manage onboarding and induction processes
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee employee documentation, HR records, and database management
- Handle joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation processes
- Ensure smooth execution of attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records
- Manage HR policies and process implementation
Academic & Non-Academic HR Management:
- Manage staffing requirements for academic and administrative departments
- Coordinate with faculty members, departmental heads, and administrative teams
- Support workforce planning and resource allocation across departments
- Ensure smooth HR support for institutional operations
Performance Management & Employee Engagement:
- Drive performance appraisal processes
- Plan employee engagement activities and retention initiatives
- Address employee concerns and maintain healthy employee relations
- Promote a positive work culture within the institution
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure statutory and institutional HR compliance requirements are met
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS reports for management review
- Monitor HR metrics and workforce analytics
