Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Flexo Printing Machine Operator, located in Ahmedabad. The role involves operating flexographic printing machines, performing regular maintenance, monitoring machinery to ensure optimal performance, and adhering to quality standards. The operator will also inspect products, ensure compliance with specifications and safety protocols, and report technical issues to the maintenance team as necessary.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and experience with Flexographic printing machinery
• Skills in Quality Control to ensure that printed materials meet predefined specifications
• Basic understanding of Machinery and use of Hand Tools for general maintenance and adjustments
• Strong Communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and supervisors
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and precision
• Prior experience in the printing or packaging industry is a strong advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications related to printing are a plus
