Role Description The Senior Beauty Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for providing expert guidance on skincare, bath and body, and wellness products to customers. This role includes welcoming and engaging customers, conducting skin and beauty consultations, recommending suitable products, and demonstrating proper usage to create a personalized self-care experience. The Senior Beauty Consultant will drive retail sales by explaining product benefits, maintaining strong product knowledge, and supporting visual merchandising and store hygiene. Daily tasks also involve handling customer queries, managing customer feedback, supporting inventory checks, and collaborating with the store team to meet sales and service targets.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to conduct effective beauty consultations and provide tailored recommendations.
• In-depth product knowledge across skincare, bath and body, fragrances, and wellness categories, with the capacity to communicate features and benefits clearly.
• Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty, skincare, or luxury lifestyle, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and local languages as applicable.
• Ability to work on-site in Indore, including weekends and peak retail hours, and collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
• Prior experience as a beauty consultant or in a similar customer-facing role; professional beauty or cosmetology certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of vegan, cruelty-free, and sustainable beauty products is preferred, along with a genuine interest in wellness and self-care.
