Role Description

The Beauty Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable Kimirica products across skincare, bath and body, fragrances, and wellness categories. The Beauty Advisor will demonstrate product usage, share ingredient and benefit information, and ensure an engaging, personalized shopping experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays, managing stock levels on the sales floor, and supporting retail sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling. The role also includes handling customer queries and concerns, providing after-sales guidance, and collaborating with the store team to uphold brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Retail Sales abilities.
• Relevant Cosmetology or beauty advisory knowledge, with an understanding of Skin Care practices.
• Solid Product Knowledge across skincare, bath and body, fragrances, and wellness ranges.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
• Prior experience in beauty retail, luxury lifestyle, or hospitality environments is an advantage.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple customers, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Basic familiarity with point-of-sale systems and comfort with learning new retail tools.
• High attention to detail, professional grooming, and a genuine interest in self-care, wellness, and sustainable beauty.
