Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Beauty Consultant role based in Indore. The Beauty Consultant will welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable skincare, bath and body, and fragrance products that align with Kimirica’s brand values. The role includes providing personalized product demonstrations, conducting basic skin assessments, and educating customers on proper product usage and routines. The Beauty Consultant will support retail sales by maintaining product displays, ensuring stock availability, and assisting with billing and order processing. Additional responsibilities include handling customer queries and concerns with care, capturing feedback, and collaborating with the store team to meet sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to provide informed, safe, and personalized recommendations.
• Solid product knowledge across skincare, bath and body, and fragrance categories, with an eagerness to learn about new launches and ingredients.
• Proven customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to create a welcoming in-store experience.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty, wellness, or luxury lifestyle, with a focus on consultative selling.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to explain product benefits and usage in simple terms.
• Ability to work on-site in Indore on a full-time schedule, including weekends or peak retail hours as needed.
• Strong attention to detail in visual merchandising, product presentation, and store hygiene standards.
• Basic computer or POS literacy for handling billing, inventory checks, and customer data entry.
• Prior experience in a spa, salon, or beauty retail environment is an advantage.
• Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
