Role Description

The Senior Beauty Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for delivering an elevated and personalized customer experience in line with Kimirica’s luxury positioning. This role involves greeting and engaging customers, understanding their self-care needs, and recommending suitable skincare, bath, body, and wellness products. The consultant will conduct skin and product consultations, demonstrate product usage, and provide guidance on routines that reflect Kimirica’s brand values and ethics. Day-to-day responsibilities include achieving retail sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing stock levels on the shop floor, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation. The Senior Beauty Consultant will also support training junior team members, collecting customer feedback, and contributing insights to improve product offerings and in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong expertise in cosmetology and practical knowledge of skin care principles, skin types, and treatment recommendations.
• Candidates should possess in-depth product knowledge, including ingredients, benefits, usage methods, and the ability to communicate Kimirica’s vegan and cruelty-free positioning.
• Candidates should possess exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and create a welcoming, inclusive in-store environment.
• Candidates should possess demonstrated retail sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, achieving targets, and working with point-of-sale systems.
• Candidates should possess strong verbal communication and presentation skills, with a polished and professional demeanor aligned with a luxury brand.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and to stand for extended periods in a retail environment.
• Previous experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or luxury retail is preferred, along with basic computer literacy for inventory tracking and sales reporting.
• A diploma or certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or a related field is an advantage; a passion for wellness, sustainability, and vegan beauty is highly valued.
