Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, ensure exceptional customer experience, and manage team productivity for a jewellery retail showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, retail management, customer relationship, and inventory oversight skills.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Revenue Management

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Drive store profitability and maximize conversion rates.
• Develop and execute local sales and customer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs including footfall, average billing, conversion, and repeat customers.

Team Management

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team.
• Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.
• Prepare staff rosters and manage attendance, discipline, and leave approvals.
• Train employees on product knowledge, customer service, and SOP compliance.

Customer Experience

• Deliver premium customer service and maintain luxury retail standards.
• Handle escalations, customer concerns, and after-sales support.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Ensure customer follow-up for enquiries and repeat business.

Inventory & Operations

• Ensure proper stock handling, stock movement, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams for replenishment.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and maintain shrinkage control.
• Monitor VM (visual merchandising) and showroom presentation.

Compliance & Administration

• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
• Maintain billing accuracy and cash management controls.
• Coordinate with HR for hiring, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Ensure security protocols for jewellery handling are followed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of retail experience, with minimum 2–3 years in jewellery retail management preferred.
• Strong leadership and team handling capability.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Experience in sales target achievement and retail operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and reporting.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
