Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Management

• Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve conversions.
• Handle high-value customers and ensure premium customer experience.
• Promote gold, diamond, silver, and bridal jewellery collections effectively.
• Ensure execution of marketing campaigns, festive offers, and in-store promotions.

Team Management

• Lead, motivate, and supervise showroom staff including sales associates, cashiers, and support staff.
• Conduct daily briefing sessions and sales training for the team.
• Monitor employee grooming, discipline, attendance, and productivity.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and manage manpower effectively.

Operations & Inventory Management

• Ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations.
• Coordinate with inventory and accounts team for stock management and audits.
• Maintain proper display standards, merchandising, and visual presentation.
• Monitor billing, cash handling, and customer documentation processes.
• Ensure safety and security of jewellery stock and showroom assets.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with premium and repeat customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally.
• Support CRM activities, customer follow-ups, and loyalty programs.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational policies.
• Coordinate with HO for recruitment, marketing activities, and stock requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
