Quality & Compliance Manager

We require "Quality Manager" for a leading Sports bag manufacturing company based in Jalandhar.

• Job description: We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to oversee product quality, compliance standards, and documentation process.
• Experience of 4 to 7 years in quality management working in sports bags / garments / accessories industry required.
• Qualification: relevant education as per the job profile.
• Understanding of fabrics, stitching, trims and bag construction required.
• Quality Control and Assurance: - Develop and implement quality standards for Sports bags (fabric , stitching, zippers and finishing).- Ensure consistent product quality. - Conduct inspections at incoming , in-process, and final stages.- Handle quality issues and implement CAPA.
• Compliance Management: - Ensure compliance with industry standards and buyer requirements. (ISO, export standards, etc)- Coordinate with third party auditors and cerification bodies.
• Documentation & Reporting: - Maintain proper quality documentation (SOPs, inspection reports, test reports).- Keep records of defects, rejections and improvements.- Generate daily /weekly / monthly quality reports.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
