Sales And Marketing Representative

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales & Marketing Representative to support the growth of a branded consumer product within the events, entertainment, and hospitality space.

This is a highly autonomous, hunter-style sales role focused on building new business relationships across Ontario. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing opportunities with large-scale venues, festivals, and entertainment partners.

This role is fully remote, with occasional travel as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy to grow new business
• Identify and target event-based and venue-driven customers (festivals, stadiums, entertainment venues, hospitality groups)
• Build and manage your own pipeline from prospecting through to closing
• Establish relationships with key decision-makers in large venue and event environments
• Promote branded cup and beverage container solutions into high-volume consumption settings
• Leverage market insights to identify new opportunities in the sports, festival, and entertainment sectors
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders where needed
• Represent the brand with a strong, confident, and professional sales presence

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience (hunter or business development focus strongly preferred)
• Experience selling into events, venues, beverage, alcohol, or experiential marketing environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Proven success in building new business from scratch
• Confident communicator with strong energy and presentation skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

• Bonus: Up to 15% based on individual and company performance
