Job Description
For those who want to keep growing, learning, and evolving—this opportunity is for you. We’re seeking a Regional Field Quality Coordinator III for a hybrid role supporting pipeline maintenance and project activities across the Prairie Region (Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba).
What You’ll Do:
- Provide Quality Control (QC) execution and Quality Assurance (QA) oversight for pipeline maintenance and projects
- Develop, review, and manage quality documentation, including Inspection and Test Plans, pressure test plans, weld/NDE matrices, and turnover records
- Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Review vendor, supplier, and contractor documentation for completeness and conformance
- Monitor project quality, identify issues/trends, and resolve non-conformances
- Coordinate audits, quality assessments, and collaborate with project management, engineering, and construction stakeholders
- Maintain accurate QA/QC records and support field documentation turnover
Scope:
- Perform Quality Assurance reviews of Supplier Quality Management Plans and project documentation
- Provide subject matter expertise in quality management throughout planning, execution, and close out
- Support continual improvement and best practices in quality
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Related University degree & 4 years’ QA/QC experience OR 8 years in pipeline construction/maintenance
- CSA 178.2 Level II certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Advanced communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, independent, and collaborative
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Bluebeam
- NACE / AMPP Coating Inspector Program (CIP) Level II certification (preferred)
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid model: office-based with some field presence (may include overnight stays and require PPE)
- Exposure to physical and environmental conditions as needed
