You will be joining Keka, India's leading HR-Tech platform, which is now rapidly expanding its presence across GCC and the US. As part of the Finance & Planning team, one of the strategic pillars of the company, you will play a crucial role in enabling accurate payroll, compensation planning, budgeting, and workforce forecasting on a large scale.
- *Role Overview:**
As a Junior Content Marketer at Keka, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of content strategy, execution, and outcomes from start to finish. Your main responsibility will be to define content direction, lead multi-channel campaigns, experiment with AI-led content models, and mentor team members to ensure the delivery of demand-driven, engaging, and revenue-aligned content.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Own content projects and campaigns end-to-end, including ideation, storytelling, publishing, distribution, and performance tracking.
- Lead the creation of high-quality content across various formats such as SEO blogs, demand-gen assets, product narratives, emails, landing pages, videos, and campaign scripts.
- Develop and implement SEO and AI-SEO strategies to enhance keyword ranking and visibility.
- Utilize SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console for driving insights, identifying opportunities, and fostering growth.
- Collaborate closely with product, demand-gen, design, and sales teams to create content that aligns with funnels and campaign objectives.
- Continuously experiment with innovative and eye-catching content formats to drive awareness and demand.
- Stay updated on LLM optimization, generative AI workflows, and emerging content technologies.
- *Qualifications Required:**
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS content creation.
- Demonstrated track record of owning content projects with tangible business outcomes.
- Proficiency in SEO strategy, keyword research, and competitive analysis.
- Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console, GA, etc.
- Deep understanding of how content influences demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue.
- Experience in mentoring or guiding junior team members.
- Strong skills in narrative building, product storytelling, and writing for different stages of the sales funnel.
- Comfortable working with AI tools, content automation workflows, and LLM-driven optimization strategies.
