SEO Specialist (Shopify E-commerce Growth)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to help grow our Shopify store’s organic visibility and traffic. In this role, you will be responsible for improving search rankings, optimizing product and collection pages, and driving high-quality organic traffic that converts into sales.

You will play an important role in making sure our Shopify store is easily discoverable on search engines like Google and that customers can find our products effortlessly.

What You Will Be Doing (Day to Day Impact)

You will focus on improving how our Shopify store performs on search engines.

On a typical day, you might:

● Optimize Shopify product pages, collection pages, and blog content for SEO

● Conduct keyword research to identify high-intent search terms

● Improve on-page SEO including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking

● Work on technical SEO improvements such as site speed, indexing, and crawlability

Analyze competitor websites and identify ranking opportunities

● Collaborate with content and design teams to improve SEO friendly content structure

● Monitor rankings, traffic, and organic performance regularly

Your work will directly impact how many customers discover our store organically.

SEO Strategy and Growth

You will be responsible for building and improving long-term organic growth.

You will:

● Develop SEO strategies for Shopify product and collection pages

● Identify new keyword opportunities for traffic growth

● Improve site architecture for better indexing and user experience

● Work on content strategy including blogs and landing pages

● Optimize existing pages to improve rankings and conversion

● Focus on increasing organic traffic and reducing dependency on pa

Analyze competitor websites and identify ranking opportunities

● Collaborate with content and design teams to improve SEO friendly content structure

● Monitor rankings, traffic, and organic performance regularly

Your work will directly impact how many customers discover our store organically.

SEO Strategy and Growth

You will be responsible for building and improving long-term organic growth.

● Monitor Google Search Console for errors and opportunities

Analytics and Reporting

You will use data to track progress and improve results.

You will:

● Track keyword rankings and organic traffic performance

● Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console

● Prepare SEO performance reports with insights and recommendations

● Analyze user behavior to improve content and conversion flow

● Identify pages that need optimization or restructuring

Collaboration with Teams

You will work closely with multiple teams to ensure SEO success.

This includes:

● Working with content writers to create SEO optimized blogs and pages

● Collaborating with designers to improve visual SEO structure

● Supporting product and marketplace teams with keyword insights

● Coordinating with developers for technical SEO improvements

● Aligning SEO strategy with overall marketing and PPC efforts

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
