SEO PPC Specialist

As an SEO and PPC Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for driving organic traffic growth, enhancing paid performance, and expanding affiliate and creator revenue within the jewelry/fine jewelry e-commerce sector. Your role will involve managing day-to-day SEO activities, coordinating with our ad agency, overseeing content production, scaling affiliate marketing efforts, and handling our official Reddit account for community engagement and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• **SEO (Core)**
• Own on-page SEO elements for collections and product pages
• Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies for jewelry categories
• Collaborate with the development team for technical SEO enhancements
• Implement and manage schema markup
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions, and provide regular reporting
• **Content + Blog Writing (SEO-Led)**
• Create SEO-focused blogs and guides
• Develop content briefs and optimize existing content
• Ensure accuracy of product/material information
• **PPC + Paid Growth (with Agency Follow-up)**
• Coordinate with PPC agency for Google Ads and Meta campaigns
• Validate tracking quality and monitor performance metrics
• Recommend landing page improvements
• **Affiliate Marketing + Creators (AWIN)**
• Manage the AWIN program and recruit affiliates
• Build and oversee creator partnerships
• Provide affiliate assets and monitor program compliance
• **Reddit Account Handling (Community + Reputation + Traffic)**
• Manage the official Reddit brand account professionally
• Create a Reddit content plan and engage with the community
• Monitor brand mentions and track performance metrics
• **Reporting + Project Management**
• Maintain regular KPI reports and performance summaries
• Coordinate tasks across teams and agencies

Qualifications

• 25+ years of SEO and paid marketing experience in e-commerce
• Proficiency in Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
• Familiarity with SEO tools and PPC concepts
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Experience with affiliate platforms and Reddit management
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities

Nice-to-have Skills:

• CRO and email/SMS marketing experience
• Familiarity with social listening and brand monitoring tools

This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from 13,214.99 to 25,000.00. The work location is in person.
