Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Product Owner /Business Analyst

Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner in Agile delivery environments.
3+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (Customer Engagement).
Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria and producing analysis artifacts (process maps, user journeys, workflow diagrams).
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and root-cause problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting testing/UAT and developing or facilitating training for end users.

Preferred Experience

Background working with CE in an integrated environment where data is received from, and sent to, Dynamics 365 F&O.
Experience working within the SAFe framework; SAFe PO/PM certification a plus.
Experience with Microsoft DevOps (Azure DevOps) for backlog management and delivery traceability.
Experience using AI tools to enhance business capabilities and team efficiency.
Domain expertise with sales, marketing, business operations, finance and/or accounting; change management and analytics exposure.
