Role Overview:

One of our clients, a global leader in the technology industry, is seeking a highly experienced Travel Risk Expert (HR) to join their team as a contractor. This unique role merges travel risk oversight with AI training and rubric development, focusing on evaluating and enhancing organizational responses to employee travel exposures in risk zones. The successful candidate will work remotely and be responsible for designing and developing structured rubrics to assess AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop structured rubrics to assess AI models and evaluate organizational responses to employee travel exposures in risk zones
• Conduct travel risk analysis and provide recommendations to enhance global workforce safety and resilience
• Develop and implement business continuity planning and crisis management strategies to mitigate travel-related risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI model training and risk zone analysis
• Provide written and verbal communication to stakeholders on travel risk management and mitigation strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Crisis management and incident response experience
• Business continuity planning and travel risk analysis expertise
• Strong understanding of AI model training and development
