Python Developer/Lead - Django/Flask

As a Lead Python Developer in our Pune, India-based software product engineering company, you will be responsible for collaborating with global teams to drive feature delivery and leverage AI for implementation across various technologies such as Python, ReactJS, databases, and cloud infrastructure.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Deliver effectively with teams, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and risk management skills
• Demonstrate technical leadership by working with ambiguous requirements, learning domain and customer problems, and driving clarity and completeness of requirements
• Make clear technical decisions, justify design choices, and own and drive feature delivery to customers
• Utilize AI to drive implementation across ReactJS, Python, databases, UnitTest, TestAutomation, and Cloud Infra & CI/CD Automation
• *Qualifications Required:**
• Experience in scaling production environments in the cloud
• Hands-on experience in application design, system design, and data modeling
• Deep experience with Python Stack, including Behave, PyTest, Python Generators, async operations, multithreading, context managers, decorators, descriptors
• Proficiency in Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, DJango, or SQLAlchemy
• Expertise in Microservices, REST/gRPC APIs design, Authentication, Single Sign-on
• Some experience in frontend technologies like JavaScript & Nextjs/ReactJs
• Some exposure to DevOps, Cloud Infra Automation, and Test Automation
• Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures & algorithms, networking, RDBMS, and distributed computing
