Job Description

As a team leader in the real estate ICP/channel partner industry, your role will involve managing and driving a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for team leadership, sales conversions, channel partner relationship management, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of 710 sales executives.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensure target achievement, and drive overall team performance.
  • Generate and manage leads through channel partners, brokers, and external networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and clients.
  • Conduct training sessions, performance reviews, and regular team meetings.
  • Track KPIs, prepare reports, and ensure CRM hygiene.
  • Handle client meetings, site visits, and closure discussions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of the sales cycle.

Qualifications Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in the Real Estate Channel Partner (ICP) industry.
  • Strong background in team handling and sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing field teams.

Additionally, you must possess the following Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Good understanding of the Navi Mumbai & Mumbai real estate markets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • CRM knowledge and a tech-savvy approach are preferred.

Please note the following Other Requirements:

  • Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for client and site visits.
  • Willingness to travel within Mumbai and Navi Mumbai as required.
