Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive Channel Sales and Project Sales across assigned area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing channel partners, fabricators, and project business while strengthening company’s market presence in the region.
Mandatory Candidate Requirement
Candidates must have prior experience exclusively in the following industries:
- uPVC Window & Door Systems
- uPVC Profiles
- Aluminium Window & Door Systems
- Fenestration Industry
Candidates from unrelated industries will not be considered.
Preference will be given to candidates currently working with or having worked for:
- Leading uPVC Profile Manufacturers
- Aluminium Window System Brands
- Fenestration Companies
- Authorized Channel Partners
- Fabrication Partners
- Window & Door System Solution Providers
Key Responsibilities
Channel Sales Development
- Appoint, develop, and manage channel partners, dealers, and fabricators across assigned area.
- Build strong relationships with existing channel partners and ensure business growth.
- Conduct regular market visits to support channel development and improve market penetration.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through channel networks.
Project Sales
- Identify and generate business opportunities from residential, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects.
- Engage with architects, consultants, builders, contractors, and project management companies for specification and project approvals.
- Track ongoing and upcoming projects and ensure timely conversion into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners for successful project execution.
Business Development
- Expand company's presence in the assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities.
- Increase brand visibility among key influencers and industry stakeholders.
- Develop strategic plans to enhance market share and revenue growth.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
- Gather customer feedback and provide actionable insights to management.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and business reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Channel Sales, Project Sales, or Business Development within the uPVC, Aluminium Window System, or Fenestration Industry.
- Strong network of dealers, fabricators, architects, consultants, builders, and contractors in assigned territory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and market development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive business growth.
