Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in process improvement. Required Qualification and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 2-3 years of experience in process improvement, consulting, or a related field. Proficiency in process mapping tools, such as Visio and Lucidchart. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate process improvement recommendations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP and Oracle. Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall. Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma.
