Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Chartered Accountant, located in South East Delhi. He/She will be responsible for various audit engagements, e.g., Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Forensic Audits, Data Analytics, ASM, Circulation Audits, Taxation, NGO Audits & Due Diligence, etc., managing a team of auditors, liaising with clients, organizing and developing audit plans, and monitoring the progress of audit assignments. He/She will also be responsible for report preparation, documentation review, and ensuring that audits are conducted in line with the relevant regulatory and professional standards, performing risk assessment, preparation of MIS, and assisting in other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

• A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with strictly 10 years post qualification experience is a must, from the date of membership & first employment.
• Preference shall be given to candidate having worked as a Partner in a reputed CA firm for at least 5 years
• Audit knowledge and familiarity with auditing standards, Ind AS and procedures.
• Ability to perform under tight deadlines, effectively manage time, prioritise multiple tasks, and deliver high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills to communicate findings, articulate solutions, and build relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with tax laws and regulations, corporate governance, and business ethics is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage a team of auditors
• Self-motivated individual with high integrity, commitment, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in advanced data analysis and auditing tools such as Microsoft Excel & knowledge of SAP, Idea, Alteryx is preferred.
• Experience in Audits & Compliances (FCRA & Others) of the Development Sector, especially of International NGO's is preferred
• Candidates residing in South Delhi location shall be preferred
