As an Advisor Customer Support at Jio, you will be a part of India's largest telecom company, utilizing your excellent English verbal and written communication skills. This is a Permanent Work From Home opportunity open to candidates from non-metropolitan cities. The work involves a blended process including Chat & Email support along with Inbound & Outbound calls.

- Providing Email & Chat Support to customers
- Handling Inbound & Outbound calls
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Utilizing your international BPO experience
- Working 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off
- Being available for rotational shifts, including night shifts
- *Qualifications Required:**
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 6 months of BPO experience (Voice / Non-Voice on paper)
- Possession of a laptop and stable broadband connection
- Exclusion of pursuing students from the hiring process
