Job Description

Job Title: Senior HVAC Technician (VRF / Ductable / Split AC)

Job Location: Baner, Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site

Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 / month

Role Overview: Experienced field technician capable of independently handling breakdowns, commissioning support, and AMC/CAMC operations for VRF, ductable, and split AC systems. Acts as team lead on site.

Key Responsibilities -

1. Technical / Field Work

• Diagnose & rectify faults in:
• VRF systems (communication errors, PCB faults, gas balancing)
• Ductable units (airflow issues, static pressure, AHU-related faults)
• Split AC (compressor, PCB, sensor faults)
• Handle major breakdowns independently
• Perform:
• Gas charging, vacuuming, brazing, leak detection
• Electrical troubleshooting (contactors, relays, PCBs)
• Read and interpret:
• Wiring diagrams
• P&ID / HVAC layouts

2. AMC / CAMC Execution

• Conduct preventive maintenance:
• Coil cleaning, filter servicing
• Electrical tightening, insulation checks
• Ensure uptime and SLA compliance
• Maintain service logs and reports

3. Team & Site Management

• Lead junior technicians
• Coordinate with clients/site engineers
• Plan daily service routes and job execution
• Ensure safety compliance at site

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Submit:
• Daily service reports
• Breakdown analysis reports
• Recommend:
• Spare parts & repair solutions
• AMC improvement actions

Requirements -Education: ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / ElectricalExperience: 5–10 yearsTechnical Skills:

• Strong experience in:
• VRF systems (Daikin / Mitsubishi / Toshiba / LG)
• Ductable & Split systems

Other Skills:

• Advanced troubleshooting capability
• Knowledge of:
• Refrigerants (R410A, R32, R22)
• Control systems & PCB basics
• Leadership & client handling
• Basic Excel / mobile reporting
