Job Title: Junior HVAC Technician (Helper / Technician)

Job Location: Baner, Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site

Experience Required: 0 to 3 Years

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 / month

Role Overview:

Support technician responsible for assisting senior technicians in installation, servicing, and AMC activities. Ideal for skill development.

Key Responsibilities -

1. Field Support

• Assist in:
• AC servicing & maintenance
• Gas charging, vacuuming
• Basic electrical checks
• Perform:
• Filter cleaning
• Drain line cleaning
• Coil washing

2. AMC Support

• Execute routine PM activities
• Maintain tools and materials
• Support in breakdown calls

3. Installation Assistance

• Help in:
• Copper piping
• Insulation work
• Outdoor/indoor unit shifting

4. Documentation Support

• Assist in:
• Service reports
• Checklist filling
• Capture site photos (mobile-based reporting)

Requirements -

Education: ITI in RAC / Electrician preferred

Experience: 0–3 yearsFreshers can be trained

Other Skills:

• Basic understanding of AC systems
• Willingness to learn
• Physically fit for field work
• Discipline & teamwork
