Job Title: Junior HVAC Technician (Helper / Technician)
Job Location: Baner, Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 / month
Role Overview:
Support technician responsible for assisting senior technicians in installation, servicing, and AMC activities. Ideal for skill development.
Key Responsibilities -
1. Field Support
- Assist in:
- AC servicing & maintenance
- Gas charging, vacuuming
- Basic electrical checks
- Perform:
- Filter cleaning
- Drain line cleaning
- Coil washing
2. AMC Support
- Execute routine PM activities
- Maintain tools and materials
- Support in breakdown calls
3. Installation Assistance
- Help in:
- Copper piping
- Insulation work
- Outdoor/indoor unit shifting
4. Documentation Support
- Assist in:
- Service reports
- Checklist filling
- Capture site photos (mobile-based reporting)
Requirements -
Education: ITI in RAC / Electrician preferred
Experience: 0–3 yearsFreshers can be trained
Other Skills:
- Basic understanding of AC systems
- Willingness to learn
- Physically fit for field work
- Discipline & teamwork
