Job Description -

• Lead end-to-end execution of data centre projects from design coordination to commissioning and handover
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Manage all site activities including civil, HVAC, electrical, firefighting, IBMS, and ELV systems
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery as per milestones
• Ensure compliance with data centre standards (Uptime Institute, TIA-942, Tier standards, etc.)
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations at site
• Conduct regular project review meetings and reporting to stakeholders
• Manage vendor performance and subcontractor coordination
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover documentation
