Job Description -
- Lead end-to-end execution of data centre projects from design coordination to commissioning and handover
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Manage all site activities including civil, HVAC, electrical, firefighting, IBMS, and ELV systems
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery as per milestones
- Ensure compliance with data centre standards (Uptime Institute, TIA-942, Tier standards, etc.)
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations at site
- Conduct regular project review meetings and reporting to stakeholders
- Manage vendor performance and subcontractor coordination
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover documentation
