Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a Heating Air Conditioning Design Engineer. The role involves designing HVAC systems for pharmaceutical projects, developing mechanical equipment plans, performing airflow and load calculations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards. The engineer will also collaborate with plumbing and electrical teams to ensure integrated project execution, and provide technical support during the project lifecycle, from design to installation.

• Proficiency in HVAC Design, including system planning and implementation
• Knowledge of Plumbing and Mechanical Engineering principles

Design HVAC systems for pharmaceutical Plant , cleanrooms.

. Ensure compliance with :US FDA guidelines ,WHO GMP standards ,ISO standards.

.Prepare HVAC layout drawings, ducting design, and equipment selection according pharma guideline .

.Prepare Heat load calculation ,Airflow & pressurization schemes ,AHU sizing and selection.

.Develop cleanroom HVAC designs.

.Coordinate with architectural, electrical, and process teams.

.Prepare BOQ, cost estimation, and tender documents.

Strong knowledge of:

• HVAC system design (AHU, Chiller, VRF, Ducting)
• Cleanroom design concepts (pressure cascade, air changes per hour)
• Excellent collaboration and communication skill
• Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
