Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Manager. The HVAC Manager will oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key responsibilities include supervising teams, coordinating with MEP engineering and clean room design, managing customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional tasks involve collaborating with sales for HVAC-related projects and ensuring efficient plumbing systems.
Qualifications
1. Develop HVAC system concepts, load calculations, and equipment selection for pharma manufacturing, cleanroom, and laboratory facilities.
2. Prepare heat load, psychrometric, and airflow calculations using industry software (e.g., HAP, Carrier, Trace, etc.).
3. Design and detail Air Handling Units (AHUs), ducts, chillers, ventilation systems, and filtration units in line with cleanroom classifications (ISO 14644 / GMP).
4. Ensure proper zoning, air changes per hour (ACH), pressure cascades, and environmental conditions per process requirements.
5. Prepare detailed engineering drawings and layouts (schematics, P&IDs, ducting, and plant room layouts).
6. Select and size HVAC components and accessories (HEPA filters, dampers, diffusers, ducting, valves, etc.).
