Job Title: Senior Accounts - CA Inter

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts / Finance professional to oversee end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and team management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, audit coordination, and ensuring strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee complete accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and reconciliations.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Manage finalization of accounts and coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.
Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and variance analysis for management review.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
Ensure proper implementation of internal financial controls and accounting policies.
Review vendor payments, receivables, and aging analysis.
Liaise with banks for credit facilities, loans, and financial documentation.
Lead and guide junior accounting team members.
Drive process improvements and automation in finance operations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
7–10 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / SAP / ERP systems).
Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of audit processes and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or large corporate environments.
Exposure to cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Leadership experience in managing a small finance team.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
