Job Description
As a highly skilled FullStack Developer with expertise in React.js, Node.js, SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and modern UI/UX principles, your role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Frontend (React.js):
- Develop highquality, responsive, and userfriendly UI using React.js, Redux/Bootstrap, TailwindCSS/Material UI.
- Convert Figma/UI wireframes into pixelperfect components.
- Implement reusable components, hooks, and UI libraries.
- Optimize performance, SEO, and accessibility.
- Build scalable REST APIs using Node.js/Express.js/NestJS.
- Integrate thirdparty APIs (payment gateways, CRM, SMS/Email, analytics, etc.).
- Work with authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth).
- Implement caching using Redis, job queues, or cron tasks.
- Database:
- Strong expertise in SQL with PostgreSQL.
- Handson with MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation).
- Ability to write complex queries, stored procedures, and perform optimization.
- Experience with ORMs like Prisma, Sequelize, Mongoose.
- AI / LLM Integration:
- Experience integrating OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or other LLM APIs.
- Build prompt engineering workflows and structured responses (SQL, NoSQL, JSON).
- Ability to convert LLM output into actionable dashboards/widgets/code.
- Basic understanding of vector DBs (Chroma, Weaviate) is a plus.
- DevOps & Deployment:
- Basic knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Deploy applications on AWS, Azure, Vercel, Render, Railway.
- Environment variables, secrets management, and build optimizations.
Qualifications Required:
- 2+ years professional experience in fullstack development.
- Strong knowledge of: React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL (advanced SQL skills), MongoDB, HTML/CSS/JS/TypeScript.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
This role also requires knowledge of Next.js, experience with microservices or message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), building dashboard analytics, Git/GitHub workflows, Agile/Scrum methodologies, ability to work independently and handle client communication, take ownership of endtoend modules (UI Backend Deployment), deliver clean, maintainable, scalable code, work closely with design, QA, and product teams, participate in estimate breakdown, planning, and documentation, and be flexible to work with AIdriven projects, AI tools, dashboard automation, and analytics.
