Job Description
At Intellibus, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Associate to support day-to-day HR activities, including onboarding, employee documentation, HR compliance, work authorization tracking, and employee support.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of HR experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow within HR Operations and People Management.
Role Overview
- Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with I-9 verification and work authorization tracking.
- Coordinate with employees, vendors, and immigration attorneys for documentation and follow-ups.
- Track visa expiration dates and renewal timelines.
- Support HR compliance and audit readiness activities.
- Help improve internal HR processes and operational efficiency.
- Provide timely support to employees and internal teams.
Required Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of HR or HR Operations experience.
- Familiarity with I-9 verification and work authorization processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Google Sheets, Docs, and HR systems.
- Prior experience in staffing, consulting, fintech, banking, or technology environments is a plus.
