Junior AML Analyst

12 month contract + possible extensions

Hybrid 2x per week in Toronto

Pay: $20/hr T4

Must Haves

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reconciliation, basic analysis)
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written - mandatory)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable handling repetitive or administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy

Nice‑to‑Have

Exposure to AML, Risk, Compliance, or financial services environments

Familiarity with regulated or governance‑driven operating models

Role Overview

Insight Global is seeking two entry‑level, bilingual AML Analysts to support a leading bank. This role is well suited for early‑career professionals with strong Excel fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a structured, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support data tracking, documentation, and reporting using Microsoft Excel and Office tools

Review, organize, and validate information received from internal stakeholders

Maintain accurate records in accordance with internal controls, governance standards, and regulatory expectations

Manage assigned tasks independently, often provided in advance with defined timelines

Contribute to maintaining a balance between regulatory compliance and employee/client experience
