We’re Hiring: SDR (Sales Development Representative)
Not marketing. Not finance. Not operations. This is SALES.
If you’re someone who likes talking to people, opening conversations, and handling rejections without spiraling — keep reading.
If you’re looking for spreadsheets, campaigns, or backend work… this is not your role.
What you’ll actually do:
- Reach out to potential clients (calls, LinkedIn, emails)
- Start conversations (not close deals — that’s later)
- Qualify leads (figure out who’s worth pursuing)
- Book meetings for the sales team
- Follow up like your life depends on it
👉 Your job = start the conversation, not finish it
What this is NOT:
- Not a finance role
- Not a digital marketing role
- Not a backend/operations job
- Not a “sit quietly and work” type of role
If you don’t like speaking to new people daily, this will feel painful.
What we’re looking for:
- Comfortable with cold outreach (yes, cold calls too)
- Can handle rejection without taking it personally
- Clear communicator (no overcomplicating things)
- Consistent > perfect
- Hungry to grow in sales
Bonus if you:
- Have prior sales/BD experience
- Know how LinkedIn outreach works
Why this role matters:
This is the frontline of revenue.
No SDRs = no pipeline = no business.
