Senior Systems Engineer

Sr. Systems Engineer – 3A

1. 3-4 years’ relevant experience in working on infrastructure operations for MNC’s with minimum 10000 end users.

2. Experience in managing multiple Active Directories, WSUS, WorkspaceOne, Server, Anti-Virus Servers, MDT servers, Hyper-V, VMWare, IIS etc…

3. Active working knowledge of Windows, networking, storage, firewalls, security practices and certifications like MCSE, CCNA, ITIL processes etc…

4. Excellent customer facing capabilities, communication, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

5. Day to day management of infrastructure operations in Infosys data centres

6. PC, Email Exchange, IT Operations & Security, including Service Desk

7. Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources

8. Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access

9. Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance

10. Provide network access to all staff and students

11. Connect and set up hardware and manage all network, applications, desktops, servers vendors

12. Input and maintain static IP addresses

13. Advise business operations staff of security breach and/or change in password or security status

14. Identify and prepare hardware for disposal when appropriate

15. Ensure hardware is stripped and secured before disposal

16. 24/7 support exposure preferred.

17. Excellent knowledge in MS Products, MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Visio, Project, Office 365 etc...
