Information Technology Operations Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer (SDE) with 5–6 years of experience in IT infrastructure technologies, End User Services, and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. The role focuses on operational support, service optimization, automation, and execution of infrastructure and workplace technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage IT infrastructure components including networks, servers, storage, and cloud services
• Deliver End User Services (EUS) support for remote and onsite users, workplace devices, and meeting room technologies
• Participate in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Demand, and CMDB management
• Support IT infrastructure and workplace technology initiatives through structured project management practices
• Create and manage task plans, timelines, and dependencies using project management tools and Gantt charts
• Develop basic automation scripts to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and end-user issues to ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational standards

Mandatory Skills & Experience

IT Infrastructure & End User Services

• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including:
• Networks, servers, and storage systems
• Cloud services fundamentals (IaaS / PaaS)
• Hands-on experience with End User Services, including:
• Remote and onsite user support
• User workplace equipment (laptops, desktops, peripherals)
• Meeting room and collaboration equipment

Project Management

• Experience working with project management tools and methodologies- Ability to plan, track, and manage deliverables using Gantt charts

Scripting & Automation

• Basic scripting experience using PowerShell, Python, or Bash- Ability to automate routine tasks and optimize operational processes

Experience & Education

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, End User Services, or IT operations- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
