Job Description
As an experienced Architect with 8-12 years of experience, your role will involve leading design management for Green Building Architecture, Campus Master Planning, and Corporate Fit-out Projects. You will drive the full design cycle which includes concept, schematic, detailed design, and GFC stages while ensuring design intent, quality, and coordination are maintained.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and optimizing drawings, BOQs, and specifications for Architecture, Civil, and Interior works.
- Overseeing material selection, finish schedules, and project-specific detailing for both interior and exterior works.
- Updating standards and specifications in accordance with emerging trends and codes like NBC 2016, ECBC, IGBC, USGBC/LEED, and internal sustainability guidelines.
- Coordinating and integrating design output effectively with consultants, PMC, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conducting regular site reviews to identify and resolve design gaps, maintaining alignment with approved drawings.
- Managing other campus infrastructurerelated design tasks as required.
- Tracking progress, identifying risks early, and supporting timely completion of key deliverables.
- Exploring and integrating new materials, technologies, workplace strategies, and sustainability-focused solutions.
- Ensuring strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder alignment across all project stages.
Your qualifications should include a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) with relevant experience in workplace, commercial office, or large-scale campus projects. A solid academic background from premier architectural institutes will be an added advantage.
