React & Next.js Developer

As a React & Next.js Developer, you will own the full front-end stack, building responsive, type-safe, and optimized web experiences from the ground up. You will work closely with UI/UX vendors, back-end engineers, and product stakeholders in an agile environment to ship production-ready features at startup speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop reusable, accessible UI components using React 18+ and Next.js 16+ (App Router).
• Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and incremental static regeneration (ISR) for optimal performance and SEO. Build dynamic forms, dashboards, and workflow visualizations with real-time data updates.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive layouts (mobile-first). Manage data fetching and caching with React Server Components, Server Actions, and React Query.
• Write clean, documented TypeScript code and enforce best practices via ESLint/Prettier.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions). Collaborate on front-end architecture and contribute to technical roadmap.

Qualifications Required:

• 3+ years of professional front-end development with React and Next.js in production.
• Expertise in TypeScript, React Hooks, Server Components, and App Router. Strong experience with Next.js data fetching (Server Actions, streaming), and fetch caching.
• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS or utility-first styling for rapid, consistent UI development.
• Deep knowledge of modern state management. Experience with Git, PR workflows, and code reviews.
• Familiarity with testing: Jest, React Testing Library.
• Understanding of web performance, bundle analysis, and lazy loading.
