Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Design Associate Manager who can design and develop high-quality digital learning solutions. The role requires strong expertise in e-learning development, instructional design methodologies, stakeholder management, and end-to-end learning content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, courses, and training content
- Create detailed storyboards and learning scripts aligned to business requirements
- Develop interactive learning content using tools like Articulate Storyline / similar authoring tools
- Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Adult Learning Principles)
- Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and business teams to define learning needs
- Manage end-to-end learning solution development lifecycle
- Ensure content is SCORM compliant and compatible with LMS platforms
- Work on content designing, visualization, and learner experience improvement
- Lead or guide small teams of instructional designers (where applicable)
- Conduct quality checks, reviews, and iterative improvements on learning content
- Support deployment of content on LMS platforms
- Drive consistency, quality, and standardization across learning assets
