Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Design Associate Manager who can design and develop high-quality digital learning solutions. The role requires strong expertise in e-learning development, instructional design methodologies, stakeholder management, and end-to-end learning content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, courses, and training content
• Create detailed storyboards and learning scripts aligned to business requirements
• Develop interactive learning content using tools like Articulate Storyline / similar authoring tools
• Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Adult Learning Principles)
• Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and business teams to define learning needs
• Manage end-to-end learning solution development lifecycle
• Ensure content is SCORM compliant and compatible with LMS platforms
• Work on content designing, visualization, and learner experience improvement
• Lead or guide small teams of instructional designers (where applicable)
• Conduct quality checks, reviews, and iterative improvements on learning content
• Support deployment of content on LMS platforms
• Drive consistency, quality, and standardization across learning assets
