Donor Database Coordinator

Our client in the broader public sector is seeking a detail-oriented Donor Database Coordinator for a temporary, part-time assignment.

This role supports donor database administration, donation processing, receipting, record maintenance, reconciliation, and data quality activities. It requires strong attention to detail, experience with donor databases, and the ability to follow established processes in a busy environment.

Responsibilities, Qualifications & Skills

  • Demonstrated experience with Raiser’s Edge in a non-profit or charitable environment;
  • Experience with gift processing, donor records, CRA-compliant receipting, gift reconciliation, and audit documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to data integrity;
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and reviewing structured data files;
  • Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills;
  • Ability to manage deadlines, follow structured procedures, and handle confidential information professionally.
