Job Title: Food & Service Assistant

Role Overview

The Food & Service Assistant supports daily food and beverage operations by delivering warm, attentive, and efficient service to guests. This role is hands-on and service-oriented, focusing on maintaining dining standards, assisting operational flow, and contributing to a positive guest experience in line with the property’s brand values.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, prompt, and personalized food and beverage service to guests at all times.
• Assist in daily F&B operations including service setup, food service, clearing, and closing procedures.
• Support the kitchen and service team in smooth execution of meals, special requests, and service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across dining areas, service stations, and workspaces.
• Handle guest queries, requests, and minor complaints politely and escalate issues to seniors when required.
• Accurately take orders, operate the POS system, and assist with billing and cash handling as assigned.
• Help with stock handling, replenishment, and inventory checks under supervision.
• Follow all SOPs, service standards, and hygiene protocols consistently.
• Coordinate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
